Okay so I could have called this Pintereat successes... But I fail more often than I succeed with Pinterst so non-fails feels more appropriate :)
It's book club tonight and I wanted to make non meat things, since I'm back on the vegetarian bandwagon (third time's the charm right?!). So I searched Pinterest and came up to two new recipes to try, and just took the chicken out of the third.
First I made a granola bake.
Here's how mine turned out!
This pin didn't have a recipe, so I used the one actually written on the pin.
Second, I made Sweet Potatoe and Quinoa patties. For this one I mixed two recipes (but I forgot to make the dressing).
Okay so only TINY fail.... I somehow managed to buy yellow sweet potatoes instead of orange. But still similar result :)

Mine made about 14 patties. But I really want to try the dressing next time in the second. Abaca do like dressing... Yes Please!
Thirdly, I made buffalo dip without the chicken. I've made his a thousand times, but incase you don't have the recipe (it's DELICIOUS)...

I use blue cheese dressing, and put all ingredients (including my mozzarella or Colby-jack shredded cheese) all into a pan and melt it on medium on the stove. Then I dump it into a crock pot to keep warm.
I'm excited to eat it all at book club tonight :)
